WZ Roelof Venema

Welcome to Woest Zuid Roelof Venema, the ideal place for children from the Roelof Venema School. After a day at school, our team is ready to take the children to their own Woest Zuid space. In our recognisable yellow Woest Zuid clothing, children find us at a glance. We take children up to 7 years old to our space on the ground floor. Children aged 7 and above have their own place on the first floor.

For both age groups, we create separate programmes in which each child gets the space to move and play based on their own ability and experience. With the youngest children we dance during a mini-disco in the playing room, while we make up our own Woest game outside. Inside there is plenty of room to play freely and if you need a break, cozy up with a book on one of our couches.

WZ Roelof Venema has two location teams that are thoughtfully assembled to build a supportive, diverse, and inclusive experience for all children. Different qualities come together and there is always a balanced women/men ratio. Our Woest Workers are young at heart and have been trained to support children of all abilities and personalities. We never stay on the sidelines and are not afraid to act a little crazy. Both age groups have their own team with familiar faces for the children.
